Baltimore Street Burglary Arrest

On Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at approximately 8:07 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the first block of Baltimore Street for a trespassing complaint. Officers contacted the complainant who reported that a male was sleeping inside his building by the front door. Officers observed the suspect who was later identified as Tyler Morris. It was determined that Morris was not allowed to be in the building. After further investigation, Morris was placed under arrest and later transported to Central Booking. He was seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on his personal recognizance.
