Baltimore Street Intoxicated Public Disturbance, Disorderly Conduct Arrest

On Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at approximately 7:10 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to Baltimore Street at Queen City Drive for a disturbance. Officers arrived and observed numerous subjects arguing in the middle of Baltimore Street. One of the subjects was identified as Alan Young. Young refused to listen to officers’ orders and continued to yell and create a disturbance. He was arrested and transported to Central Booking. Young is currently awaiting his initial appearance before the court.
