Baltimore Street Trespassing Arrest

On June 23, 2026 at approximately 2311 hours, a Cumberland Police officer on patrol in the area of Baltimore Street located Loy Dale Eugene Linaweaver sleeping in an area clearly posted, “NO TRESPASSING.” Linaweaver was issued a citation for trespassing on posted property and released from the scene pending trial at District Court.
