Bedford Street Assault Arrest

On Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at approximately 10:23 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 300 block of Bedford Street for a disturbance. Officers arrived and identified the involved parties as Rachel Sprecher and Pamela Connors. Each party claimed that they had been assaulted by the other. Officers were able to observe that they had both sustained injuries. After further investigation, Sprecher and Connors were arrested and transported to Central Booking. Sprecher posted a $5,000 unsecured personal bond. Connors posted a $2,500 unsecured personal bond.

CHARGES: Assault-2nd Degree
