Bedford Street Disorderly Conduct Arrested

On Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at approximately 10:00 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department were on patrol when they observed Aaron Racic causing a disturbance in the area of Bedford Street and N. Centre Street. Racic was yelling and attracting the attention of bystanders. He was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters. Racic was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial.
