Bench Warrant Served

On Sunday, June 14, 2026, Cumberland Police Department officers served an active bench warrant on Starasia Leslie Smith. The Allegany County Circuit Court issued the warrant on May 26, 2026, alleging that Smith violated the terms and conditions of her probation stemming from a previous Fourth-Degree Burglary conviction. Following her arrest, Smith was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where she is being held without bond pending her appearance before the Allegany County Circuit Court.
