Bench Warrant Served

On Monday, July 27, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers served a bench warrant on Asia Broadway. The warrant was issued as a result of Broadway failing to obey the terms of his probation in a related controlled dangerous substance possession case. Broadway was arrested and taken before a district court commissioner, where he was released on a $500 bond pending his trial.
