On Saturday, February 28, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Christina Fitzpatrick. The warrant was issued as the result of Fitzpatrick failing to comply with a court order. She was originally charged with Theft less than $100. Fitzpatrick was arrested and later seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. At the conclusion, she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
