Bill Would Update State Constitutional Language

Maryland Delegate Dana Jones has brought legislation to the General Assembly in Annapolis to update language in the state’s constitution. Since its origination, language in the document has referred to everyone in leadership in the masculine form. Jones is seeking a change to replace such pronouns with the office titles.
