Board of Public Works Funds County Projects

The Maryland Board of Public Works has approved $627 million in state spending. Money has been earmarked for Allegany County projects, including over $340,000 for parking lot improvements at Rocky Gap and $48,000 for Glendening Park in Frostburg. The City of Cumberland has received $500,000 for sewer line replacement at Evitts Creek.
