BPW Approves Funding For Allegany County Projects

The Maryland Board of Public Works met Wednesday and approved projects happening in Allegany County.  A grant of 1.8 million dollars was approved for the ongoing Frostburg sewer overflow project.  Loans were also confirmed for other Frostburg water and sewer projects.  Almost $23,000 was approved for improvements to the Frostburg Pool and Community Park with those funds coming from Program Open Space.
