Braddock Road Burglary Arrest

On Thursday, May 20th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 900 block of Braddock Rd regarding a possible burglary. Upon arrival, officers learned that a female relative of the residents forced entry into the home for the purpose of taking a shower. Once inside, the subject then created a disturbance and assaulted another female. As a result, Caitlin Diane Dolly, 30, of Cumberland MD, was placed under arrest. She appeared before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held without bond.
