On Saturday, January 17, 2026 at approximately 4:30 PM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department checked on a female subject who appeared to be sleeping in a vehicle. The female was identified as Amber Tallman. During the interaction, a search of Tallman’s property was conducted and she was found to be in possession of suspected crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Tallman was arrested and transported to police headquarters. She was issued two criminal citations and released pending trial.
