CFD’s Woody Nightengale Retires

The City of Cumberland honored the retirement of Cumberland Fire Department’s Woody Nightengale.  Nightengale joined the department in 1995 and has served the Cumberland area for the last 31 years.  City Fire Chief Steve Grogg said he has worked with Nightengale ever since graduating the fire academy together…
