Charges Filed In Hagerstown Court Threat

The office of the State Fire Marshal and the Washington County Sheriff have concluded an investigation into a bomb threat earlier this month at the Washington County Courthouse in Hagerstown. Jamil Gardner faces charges of making false statements and intimidating or influencing a juror. Gardner allegedly called in the bomb threat as well as making a specific threat against a judge.
