Citizens May Testify at Special Session

Maryland’s special session on redistricting gets underway Monday in Annapolis.  Lawmakers in the Democratic Party majority are looking to add a constitutional amendment proposal to the November ballot.  Citizens looking to testify on Monday must sign up on the General Assembly website by Friday.
