City Awaiting State Approval for Cumberland Street Bridge

It’s late July and the City of Cumberland is ready to move on rebuilding the Cumberland Street Bridge.  However, Mayor Ray Morriss cautions that it’s still a waiting game as the state must approve the plan going forward.  When completed, the bridge will afford two way traffic that has been lacking for years on the West Side.
