City Gets Opinion from RFI for Downtown

The City of Cumberland received a second opinion regarding downtown’s sidewalk and streetside compliance for locals and visitors with disabilities.  Councilman Brian Lepley walked Baltimore Street with John Michaels, Assistant Director of Resources for Independence, who pointed out improvements that could be made.  Lepley told the Mayor and City Council at Tuesday’s meeting that Michaels is ready to meet as a group for further discussion…
