City Police Report for Saturday

On Friday the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Derrick Anthony Kiff. The warrant was issued as a result of Kiff failing to appear for court on January 8th, 2026; on original charges of CDS possession not Cannabis and possession of CDS paraphernalia. Kiff was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking. He was later presented before a District Court Commissioner and released pending trial at District Court.
