On Friday, June 19, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Tiffany Reuschel.  The summons was issued as the result of a private citizen filing charges against Reuschel at the District Court of Allegany County.  She was released pending trial.

 

ARRESTED:  Tiffany Reuschel          AGE:  34          Cumberland, MD

CHARGES:  Theft: $100 to under $1,500

 

 

BURGLARY ARREST

 

On Friday, June 19, 2026 at approximately 10:17 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 200 block of Paca Street for an assault. Police arrived and contacted the alleged victim who reported that Jacob Minnick forced his way into her residence and stole her property.  After further investigation, Minnick was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking.  He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and posted a $2,500 unsecured personal bond.
