City to Lease Spots in Fredrick Street Garage to Wills Hotel

Several options were discussed for parking for Baltimore Street’s new Wills Hotel during Tuesday’s Mayor and City Council open work session.  During the Dave Norman Show, Mayor Ray Morriss told WCBC that the best option they could come up with is leasing the hotel 25 spots in the Fredrick Street Garage…

 

“Fortunately we actually have 26 parking spots available in the Fredrick Street Garage, and that’s the garage that they wanted to use because it’s—the Fredrick Street Garage is just a little bit closer than the George Street Garage to the hotel.”
