Criminal Summons for Violate Protective Order

On Wednesday, July 15th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Candes Davey Mershon, 28, of Cumberland MD. The summons referenced an incident that occurred on July 7th, 2026, at a Marion St residence. During the incident, it is alleged that Mershon contacted a subject, violating the conditions of a protective order previously served upon her.
