Criminal Summons Served for Harassment

On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Stacey Marie Tomczewski. The summons was issued as the result of the police filing charges against Tomczewski at the District Court of Allegany County. The alleged victim reported that Tomczewski had shouted verbal threats at them after an altercation between juveniles and the threat was captured on camera. Tomczewski was found to be in violation of a court order. Tomczewski was released pending trial.
