Criminal Summons Served

On May 1, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served Richard Page II with a criminal summons for theft stemming from an incident that occurred on April 23, 2026. Officers responded to the 200 block of Baltimore Avenue for a reported theft. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim, who stated that her cell phone and other personal belongings had been stolen. After reviewing video surveillance, officers identified Page as the suspect. Charges were filed through the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office, and a criminal summons was issued. Page signed for the summons and was released pending trial.
