The 77th Dapper Dan Sports Awards Banquet will take place at 4 p.m. at the Ali Ghan Shrine Club.  Steve Bazarnic, retired Hall of Fame baseball coach at Allegany College of Maryland, will be the recipient of the club’s top award for bringing positive attention to the Cumberland area.  WCBC’s broadcast will begin immediately following the Pirates-Phillies game.
