Del-Abration Planned Downtown
For those in the area who have never gotten to attend DelFest at the Allegany County Fairgrounds, put May 20th on your calendars. A special “Del-Abration” is happening in downtown Cumberland that will give residents an idea of what the festival is like. Main Street Manager Melinda Kelleher tells WCBC that DelFest organizers wanted to show their thanks to the City of Cumberland…
“The city of Cumberland has given all this support to the event and helped promote it over the years and it’s almost like a gift back to the city.”
Delabration starts at 6pm and Kelleher says there are several artists participating…
“Dre Anders with the Gibson Brothers, Kenny and Amanda Smith, Cody Kilby, Megan Jean, the Plate Scrapers, Gilbert Lee, and then they have told us that there will be a few other surprises.
