Democratic Candidate Not a Fan of Redistricting

House Minority Leader Jason Buckel has been a vociferous opponent of the redistricting plans by the Democrats in Annapolis.  His Democratic opponent in November, Rhiannon Brown, told WCBC that theoretically, she agrees with Buckel.  Brown added, however, that she understands why Maryland Democrats are pushing the issue this year with the tone of national politics and Republican efforts to gain seats in Congress by their own redistricting in other states.
