Disorderly Passenger Arrested

On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers responded to a train station on Harrison Street for the report of a disorderly passenger. Upon arrival, contact was made with James Donath, who was actively creating a disturbance. Once removed from the train, he continually acted in a disorderly manner and then attempted to reenter the cabin area. Donath failed to obey multiple orders to cease his disorderly conduct. Officers then went to place him under arrest. Donath continually resisted and was eventually detained. He was then transported to the Allegany County Detention Center on a temporary commitment pending bail review.
ARRESTED: James Arthur Donath, 20, Waterford, PA.
CHARGES: Disturb the Peace, Disorderly Conduct, Fail to Obey. Resisting Arrest.
