District 6 Candidates Lining Up

Whether or not district lines get redrawn this year, the fight for Maryland’s District 6 congressional seat appears to be heating up. WCBC checked the state board of elections site, and currently seven candidates are registered to run for the seat currently held by Congresswoman April McClain-Delaney. Candidates listed include incumbent Democrat Delaney and Republicans Chris Burnett and Robin Ficker. Although he has announced his candidacy, Democrat David Trone’s information is not yet listed on the register.
