Early Childhood Festival Set for Thursday

The Judy Center Early Learning Hub will host its 5^th annual Allegany County Early Childhood Festival this Thursday from 2 until 6pm at Hoffman Park in Frostburg. The event is in partnership with the City of Frostburg and the Allegany County Public Schools Community Schools program.
