Ferguson Sees Unity In Western Maryland
Maryland Senate President Bill Ferguson was the final speaker at the recent PACE breakfast in Annapolis, and fulfilled the role of cheerleader for the state’s two westernmost counties. He spoke of his family recently spending time in Western Maryland and the interest his children have in wanting to return. He said that the area truly shows how counties can work together to make things happen for their communities…
“It’s what made Western Maryland the grit and tough and loving place that it is. It’s what made you come here today because you believe that your future is better because you are together fighting for the things that you care about most.”
