Former Governor Will Not Challenge Moore

Larry Hogan has put an end to speculation that he will challenge incumbent Governor Wes Moore this fall.  The former governor, who served two terms in Annapolis, announced the decision in a social media post.   Hogan proved to be the rare Republican who could win a statewide election but his announcement ends hopes of Maryland Republicans who hoped he would run in 2026.
