FSU Cancels Monday Classes

Due to the forecasted winter storm for our area, Frostburg State University will be CLOSED on Sunday, Jan. 25 and Monday, Jan. 26. All classes on Monday are cancelled. Essential personnel should report to work as scheduled.

The Lane University Center, the Ort Library and the Cordts P.E. Center will also be CLOSED on Jan. 25 and 26.

The Chesapeake Dining Hall will be open for students on Saturday, Jan. 24 for brunch (11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.) and dinner (4:30-6:30 p.m.) and Sunday, Jan. 25 for brunch (10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.) and dinner (4:30-7:30 p.m.) and on Monday, Jan. 26 for breakfast, lunch and dinner at regularly scheduled times.

The University plans to reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 27, and all non-essential personnel should report to work at that time. As always, please continue to monitor the FSU website and social media pages for future updates.
