FUGITIVE WARRANT SERVED

On Sunday, January 18, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served a fugitive warrant on Victoria Rosser. The bench warrant was issued by the Court of Common Pleas of Bedford County, PA due to Rosser failing to appear in court. Rosser was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where she is currently being held without bond, awaiting extradition.
