Gas Prices Fluctuating Daily

Gas and diesel prices in Western Maryland are fluctuating daily, with diesel being the hardest hit.  Diesel prices are averaging around $6.50 a gallon across Allegany County while regular gas is drifting between $4.35 and $4.50. Sheetz and Martin’s had regular gas at $4.49 on Wednesday, up over 15-cents from last week. Maryland Congressman Andy Harris had submitted a bill to pause gas taxes, but other GOP members decided against a vote.
