Harrison Street Trespassing Citation

On Saturday, February 14, 2026 at approximately 5:52 PM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department was conducting a foot patrol in the 200 block of E. Harrison Street when he observed a male subject, later identified as Troy Willis, walk across the train tracks from Queen City Drive which is posted against trespassers. Willis was arrested and transported to police headquarters. He was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial.
