Heritage Center Plans Christmas Event

Evergreen Heritage Center in Mount Savage will host a first-ever Christmas Open House on Saturday, November 14^th.   An Evergreen Christmas runs from 1 till 3pm at the Farmhouse Museum, featuring cookie decorating, as well as a tour of the farmhouse done up for a Victorian Christmas.  Janice Keene, president of the Evergreen Foundation, invites individuals or groups to enter a small-decorated tree for the open house…

“You can email us at education@evergreenheritagecenter.org and tell us that you want to put your tree in the contest.  We’re going to have a $100 prize for that.  Individuals can do it or groups can do it and you can show off your tree as part of our Open House.”
