Let’s Beautify Cumberland! will be opening the Times-News lot for parking Saturday and Sunday during Heritage Days. A donation of $5 gives access to the lot for all-day parking.
First Presbyterian Church – Public parking for $5 Saturday and Sunday, accessible from the lower Cumberland/Fayette Street entrance.
