Hilltop Drive Assault Arrest

On Monday, May 11, 2026 at approximately 1:07 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 500 block of Hilltop Drive for an assault. Police contacted the involved parties who were identified as Jaylyn Benitez and Karina Benitez. Officers determined that a mutual assault had occurred. Jaylyn and Karina were arrested and transported to Central Booking where they are currently being held awaiting their initial appearance.
