Kickoff For National Night Out Monday Evening

Cumberland’s activities for National Night Out begin Monday evening at Constitution Park. National Night Out is a nationwide event involving 18,000 cities and towns focused on preventing crime and building community partnerships. “The free swim is 6:30 to 8:30. And the police and fire departments show up to kind of meet and greet with everyone that’s there. This year’s movie is Shark Tale, that begins at dusk so that will be around 8:30, 8:45 on the pool patio.”
