Liberty Street Trespassing Arrest

On Monday, June 1, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers responded to a building in the area of Liberty Street for a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival, Officers observed Kelley Gillen inside the building, crawling on the ground. Once it was confirmed that Gillen had been previously served with a trespass letter, she was placed under arrest. She was transported to police headquarters, where she was later released on a criminal citation pending her trial at the Allegany County District Court.

ARRESTED: Kelley Elizabeth Gillen, 38, Cumberland, MD.
CHARGE: Trespassing Private Property.
