Marion Street Trespassing Arrest

On Thursday, August 27th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 60 block of Marion St regarding a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival, officers observed that the structure had been posted “unfit for human habitation” by the City of Cumberland. Upon checking the structure, officers found a subject inside, lying in a bed. As a result, Jessica Dawn Spataro, 35, of Cumberland MD, was arrested and transported to Police Headquarters. She was issued a Criminal Citation for trespassing and released, pending trial in District Court.
