Maryland High Court Allows Redistricting Question with Modifications

The Maryland Supreme Court ruled late Thursday that the ballot question concerning redistricting may stay on the November ballot.  However, the Court added that wording must be changed to legitimize the question.  Substitute wording must be used, according to the Court’s ruling.  Thus, the Democratic initiative will move forward for voters this November.
