Measles Confirmed In Maryland Resident

Maryland residents are being urged to check exposure times as a Baltimore resident has developed measles after traveling internationally. Anyone who was at Baltimore-Washington International airport at the customs inspection station or lower level baggage claim on April 12 between 7:30pm and 10:30pm may have been exposed to the measles virus. Measles is highly contagious – early symptoms include fever, runny nose and cough, and a rash that develops after one to four days.
