Mechanic Street Trespassing Arrest

On Thursday, July 16th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department responded to an apartment building in the 100 block of Mechanic St for a report of trespassing. Once on scene, officers spoke to a representative of management and confirmed that a male suspect found on the premises had previously been served a “no trespass” order. As a result, Kenneth Lloyd Bowser Jr, 42, of Cumberland MD, was placed under arrest. He was later issued a criminal citation for the offense and released, pending trial in District Court.
