Memorial Avenue Trespassing Arrest

On Monday, September 21, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers responded to an apartment complex in the area of Memorial Avenue for an assault. While on scene, Officers observed Jamar Peck on the property, who had been previously served with a trespass order. Peck was issued a criminal citation for trespassing and released on the scene pending his trial.
