Missing James Fussell, 24 Year Old

The Cumberland Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating a missing adult. James Fussell is a 24 year old white male who was last seen on March 1, 2026 at 5:00 P.M in the area of the Union Rescue Mission on Centre Street Cumberland, MD.
