MISSING JUVENILE Noah Sparkman

Noah Sparkman has been reported missing to the Cumberland Police Department. Noah is a white male, 15 years old, approximately 5’05” and 120 lbs. Noah has brown eyes and a dark blonde hair. He was last seen at 947 Bedford St. Cumberland, MD on Wednesday July 22, 2026. He is possibly wearing a black jacket and black Crocs shoes.
