The Cumberland Police Department is requesting assistance in locating a missing juvenile. River Nelson was last seen on August 7 around 12:40am in the 500 Block of Dryer Avenue. He is 14 years old and is described as 6 feet tall and 170 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Nelson was last seen wearing a blue Fox T-shirt, blue jeans, and cowboy boots. Anyone with information pertaining to his whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Cumberland Police Department at 301-777-1600.
