“I believe we should be funding well-trained personnel but if you now have situations where people are deploying to our communities who are untrained, unaccountable, and unqualified and, by the way, armed, there is a real challenge that Democratic and Republican governors – that we have to make sure that people’s first and their second amendment rights are protected.”
